"The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control." Galatians 5:22-23 It is the fruit I labor (with God) to produce in my kids that is most DELICIOUS.
That's a great reminder. I just got a mixed CD of children's worship songs from a friend and there's a really cute song about the fruits of the spirit:
The fruit of the spirit's not a coconut. The fruit of the spirit's not a coconut. So if you want to be a coconut, you might as well hear it: You can't be a fruit of the spirit 'Cause the fruit is: Love Joy Peace Patience Kindness Goodness Faithfulness Gentleness and Self Control...
And it goes through a bunch of fruits. Cute song!!

Everybody has to change or they expire. Everybody has to leave, leave their home and come back so they can love it again for all new reasons. I want to keep my soul fertile for the changes, so things keep getting born in me, so things keep dying when it is time for things to die. I want to keep walking away from the person I was a moment ago. Only a good story has a character different at the end than it was in the beginning. Lancelot Andrews In my life, God is always changing the way I think of Him. I am not saying GodHimself is changing, or thatmy theology is open and I blur the lines on truth;I am only saying I think I know who He is, then I figure outI don't know very much at all.
